Brian J. Connor is LifeLine’s President and Chief Executive Officer. Brian is responsible for the overall management and direction of the company.

Brian has over 27 years experience working in the ambulance industry. Brian had been the Chief Executive Officer for Armstrong Ambulance Service for 9+ years. Previous to his position as CEO, he has held various clinical and leadership positions at Armstrong since 1981.

In addition to his hands on management experience, Brian is currently, and has served as President for the Massachusetts Ambulance Association for the past 8 years. Through his direction and leadership, the MAA has become one of the most active State Ambulance Associations in the nation. As president, Brian serves on many local and state EMS committee’s and advisory boards. He has presented testimony locally to the Massachusetts Legislature as well as to the Congressional Committee of the United States Congress on the implementation and effects of the Balanced Budget Act and Medicare Ambulance Fee Schedule. He has also pioneered and presented testimony to the Centers for Medicare Services in Baltimore on the subject of ambulance necessity for dialysis patient transfers.

Brian is a graduate of Northeastern University and earned his Masters of Science Degree in Health Care Management from Lesley University.
